DOH MASSAGE LICENSURE EXAM Training/Review
Nature of Training: Classroom Type with Online Lessons (Optional)
School: Asian Wellness & Spa Academy- DOH accredited (Quezon City, Davao, Gensan)
Course: Coursework on Massage Therapy (CMT) – This is a special training course designed to equip the student to pass the Department of Health Massage Licensure Examination both written and practical examinations.

- Barangay clearance
- High school diploma
- Medical certificate
- NBI or Police clearance
- Birth certificate (18 years old)
- Certificate of completion
- Endorsement from DOH Accredited Training Institution
Tuition Fee: P8500 only (not P15,000 as mentioned by Senator Pimentel)
Miscellaneous Fee: P1450 (DOH Manual, scrub suit, DOH exam fee etc)
Duration: 2 to 3 months training from 8am to 12 noon (Optional: Mon Wed Friday)
Class start: January to April 2018
