We are delighted to announce that the Asian Wellness and Spa Academy (AWSA), a leading DOH-accredited massage training institution, is now open for enrolment in Level 1: Basic LMT Certification Course. This course is expertly designed to meet the massage licensure training requirements outlined in DOH Administrative Order 2010-0034, Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations on Massage and Sauna Establishments.
The training will officially commence on January 6, 2025, and conclude on March 31, 2025. Upon completing the basic training, individuals who aspire to become fully licensed massage therapists (LMTs) may enroll for Level 2: Advanced LMT Program-Licensure. Only graduates of Level 1: Basic LMT Course are eligible for this advanced program.
Level 1: Basic LMT training can be completed within three (3) months, structured as follows: Daily Zoom classes will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with Fridays designated as quiz days.
Enthusiastic early bird enrollees who pay the full tuition fee upfront (one-time payment) of P4950 will receive a 20% rebate. Promo is good only until; November 15, 2024. (Please note that this promo offer is limited to one-time full payment only.)
Furthermore, full tuition fee scholarships may still be accessible to visually impaired (blind) massage therapists who meet the qualification criteria.
The enrollment fee (non-refundable) is One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P1,600), inclusive of the training manual and DOH massage exam fees.
