Criteria for Scholarship
Since its inception as a full-pledged online training and review platform for DOH-LMT aspirants, the AWSA Online School management, headed by its founding president, Cpt Benjamin “Benjie” Eugenio, LMT, MPA, PA (RES), formally announces its pioneering scholarship program to poor yet deserving partially-blind massage therapists all over the Philippines for Batch January-March 2025. As a start-up, AWSA may only accommodate, more or less, ten (10) scholars. Stated below are more details for the said program, as follows:
- Title of the Program: Special Scholarship for Visually-Impaired Massage Therapists
- Sponsoring Agency: AWSA Online School (https://www.awsaonlineschool.com)
- Coverage: DOH-LMT Training and Review for four (4) to five (5) months. Classes are done online via zoom, daily from Monday through Friday, between 12:00 noon to 1 pm.
- He/she must be a full-time massage therapist of at least one (1) year
- He/she must be medically partially blind
- Any group, association, or any person in good standing must endorse him/her.
